Do I need to know Notion or AI tools already?

No. You need to be willing to open one message every morning. The walkthrough covers everything else.

How is this different from a Fractional COO retainer?

This is one fixed install, not an ongoing relationship. It's the right starting point if you're not ready for monthly support yet but you are ready to stop losing things.

What happens after the two to three weeks?
