I'm Melissa, an Australian-based online business strategist and digital consultant, and I've spent over 20 years in corporate leadership — 15 of those in Human Resources and Senior Business management — before stepping into the digital business world and never looking back.
Two years ago, I started consulting inside digital businesses and got a front-row seat to what actually separates the businesses that scale from those that stay stuck in survival mode.
